AMPA PROGRAM
Advanced Strings Orchestra and Chamber Orchestra
The AMPA String department consists of the Advanced String Orchestra and Chamber Orchestra. Student members are selected by audition. The Advanced Orchestra is proud to perform every year at Our Lady of Angeles Cathedral under of the direction of Maestro James Conlon, conductor of the LA Opera. The AMPA concert season includes a late fall Strings concert along with choral and winds groups for a spectacular holiday tradition.
